Gem Electric was an ambitious new venue project for Brighton’s London Road regeneration area. Unfortunately the venture never made it to completion, but it was still a great brief to work on. I created the new brand identity and the print design for their Fringe Festival itinerary.

Working on the initial logo design was an iterative process, allowing the client to “try on” a number of personas before settling on the final design. Through creative exploration I was able to take the client on a journey of discovery. Distilling a number of concepts down to the final logo, which captured the elegance and atmosphere that the Gem Electric team were hoping to create.
